Brussels. Four Romanian and Moldovan artists present their works in an exhibition themed “Two Countries, One Soul”, under the direction of Mrs. MEP Monica Macovei in the European Parliament.

On 22nd June, 2016, the exhibition “Romania and Moldova: Two Countries, One Soul” was opened in Brussels. Among the speakers of the inaugural address was Dr. Cristina Simion, curator of Tiny Griffon Gallery (Germany).

“We belong together” – this is the message of the exhibitors. The art, the exhibition, the individual works as a whole build a bridge and connect the two countries, Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Art can express what words can often not, art brings people together.
The four Romanian and Moldovan artists Cezara Kolesnik (paintings), Sorin Purcaru (sculptures), Vasile Botnaru (wine drawings) und Eugeniu Gorean (watercolors) present their works in the Altiero Spinelli Building of the European Parliament in Brussels.

“The message of the exhibition is very intense. Romania and the Republic of Moldova are one heart and one soul – a very moving moment.“ (Katharine Siegling)
